Why can't I select rows in the Pushed/Synced folder or locked lists?

Only normal to-do rows can be selected. Locked rows and rows in the Synced (Pushed) folder aren't selectable — they have no drag handle and are marked as locked — so clicks, Shift/Cmd-clicks, and the marquee all skip them. This keeps you from accidentally bulk-editing items meant to stay put.
