What does "Select all" do and where is it?

"Select all" sits at the right-hand side of the list header whenever the view has selectable to-dos. Click it to select every to-do in that folder — it even reveals hidden completed items and opens collapsed groups so nothing's missed. Once everything's selected the link flips to "Deselect all".
