Where is the PDF copy of my linked note saved, and can I change it?

By default in ~/Documents/Supernote. There's a shared "Where to keep PDF copies" setting (under Linked notes settings) where you can change the folder; the link a pushed task points to opens this copy. The same folder is used by every app that links notes.
