How do I push my tasks — all at once, or just some?

Four options, all of which skip anything locked, already pushed, or still saving: (1) "Push now" / "Push to apps" hands off every eligible open task; (2) push a single list using the little send arrow next to the list; (3) push a multi-selection; (4) push one task using the "→" button on its row. Each goes to whichever apps that list is set up to push to.
