Can I rename the "Inbox" destination, and use the same name everywhere?

Yes. Each app's card has a "Change Inbox name" field (default "Supernote Inbox") for where your unlisted tasks land in that app. There's also a "Use this Inbox name in all apps" checkbox so one name applies across all your task apps at once.
